Follow the link below to make a tax deductible donation by selecting the “Larry Pfeifer Memorial Scholarship” from the provided dropdown menu. This fund is administered by the State of Oregon’s Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC) which administers over 600 privately funded scholarships (providing $10 million to more than 3,500 students). While any and all contributions are appreciated, we encourage you to make a commitment to recurring annual giving. To this end, we can strive to provide ongoing financial assistance for our aspiring future first responders.
Making a “tax deductible” contribution means that you will be provided with a receipt for your donation which can be shown as proof, come tax season, to reduce your overall taxable income liability. You will also receive a second email confirming your gift in addition to a receipt.

If you would prefer to donate via paper check, you can send them payable to “Higher Education Coordinating Commission/OSAC” with reference/memo to “Larry Pfeifer Memorial Scholarship Fund 851” to the address below. You will still be provided a receipt for tax purposes.
