Founded in July 2021, the Larry Pfeifer Memorial Scholarship is aimed at financially assisting aspiring firefighters and emergency medical personnel in their academic pursuits. Scholarship funds are administered through the State of Oregon’s Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC). We invite all of those with a career interest in firefighting and/or emergency medical services (EMS) who are currently or plan to attend an Oregon public college or university to apply.
